Senior Graphic Designer

About the role:

 

Reporting into the Senior Art Director, you will be leading the graphics team with inspiring creative ideas and a well-rounded skill set, pushing the boundaries of the team’s design output whilst keeping our brand aesthetic top of mind.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Working across a wide variety of design assets from printed lookbooks and bespoke landing pages to paid for digital media, delivering impactful and engaging marketing campaigns across multiple touch-points.
  • Managing a team of talented and enthusiastic graphic designers, giving constructive feedback and objectives to grow and develop the team.
  • Upholding a consistent and high standard of quality across the design team’s output, always striving to learn and develop more effective techniques and efficient processes.
  • Confidently reviewing and signing-off your team’s work as well as outsourced projects, making well-thought out design decisions and bringing alternative solutions to the table where needed.
  • Being a key motivator and source of inspiration for the creative and marketing team with outside-of-the-box thinking and new ideas that feel relevant for the brand, actively contributing to brainstorms and briefings.  
  • Working with a strategic and commercial mindset where relevant, keeping well informed in customer, creative and product trends to better inform your work and create effective results
  • Understanding and working to company-wide briefing processes and asset management, ensuring a good standard of filing and organisation is kept.
  • Working closely with the project manager to prioritise workload and organise multiple projects and deadlines between the graphics team.
  • Help generate ideas in order to make improvements to current systems and take a proactive approach in implementing those ideas.
  • Working closely with other teams across the business (marketing, ecomm, product design, operations) to ensure your designs encompass all relevant objectives within the brief.
  • Being a brand guardian for The Fold, working closely with the Senior Art Director and Head of Brand to maintain an authentic brand aesthetic.

 

Your skillset:

 

  • Previous multimedia design experience in a similar business such as ecom or creative agency.
  • Advanced technical skills on the Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience in creating digital assets on relevant programmes such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Motion Design and video editing/animation skills.
  • Self-motivated worker with an ambition to make a difference and drive forward exciting creative ideas that feel right for the brand.
  • Unprecious, can-do attitude, open to constructive feedback and offering alternative solutions when needed.
  • Great time management and ability to prioritise and manage workload within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage, mentor and inspire team members in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Good and open communication skills with both immediate team members and the wider team.

Senior Store Stylist

About the role:

 

The Senior Stylist in our new London store, will demonstrate the Fold gold standard in customer service and selling techniques, leading by example with product knowledge and achieving sales KPIs. Assist the manager with the day-to-today running of the store, support and motivate the stylists to achieve sales and provide excellent customer service. We offer late night appointments, so the expectation to be flexible with evenings and Saturdays is crucial.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Be highly confident with one on one and personal styling appointments, with the ability to adapt your styling approach. Being a Fold brand ambassador and role model for the rest of the team with selling technique / upselling.
  • Work alongside the styling team to deliver sales targets and KPI’s. Provide training/coaching as and when required.
  • Be present and take ownership on the shop floor to guide the rest of the team, observe and provide coaching and feedback to deliver the Fold’s gold standard across; VM, stock presentation, aesthetic and brand representation.
  • Ensure the team are going above and beyond to meet the needs of our customers and consistently deliver the best customer experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day processes and ensuring all the daily tasks are delivered to high standards, such as alterations, POS, customer contact, customer care team interaction and delivery.
  • Organize the daily run maintaining a positive and tidy environment in both the front and back of house.
  • Complete the opening/closing checklist at the beginning and end of each day.
  • Support with stock management; monthly stock takes, 10 cycle counts a week and report results.
  • Organize and delegate workload to the team. Have a 360 view on what tasks needs to be actioned on the shop floor and stockroom.
  • Have up to date brand and product knowledge to style the collection with clients.
  • Oversee the alteration process on client garments.
  • Capture customer preferences, follow ups and information via CRM system.
  • Build up a personal client base and oversee your own clientele book by managing client relationships and report improvements on a monthly basis. Be proactive in building recognition of The Fold.
  • Support with process / stock / Netsuite.
  • Involvement in brand events.
  • Support the VM specialist with VM moves to ensure they are aligned with new monthly drops.
  • Process delivery and mid-week top up to ensure current collection is replenished and up to date.

     

 

Your skillset:

 

  • Have previous experience of sales in store, boutique, styling or a similar environment.
  • Be familiar with high-end sales processes, behaviours, customers and brands.
  • Be passionate about styling and building customer relationships.
  • Be a committed energetic, motivated contributor to The Fold, going above and beyond the role with a proactive attitude to work as part of The Fold team.
  • Have a basic understanding of KPIs within a retail environment.
  • Be a motivated and supportive leader to the team.
  • Oversee, plan and prioritise daily tasks.
  • Understand the importance of styling as well as the behind the scenes/administrative aspects of the role.
  • Experience with alterations is beneficial but not required.

Store Supervisor

About the role:

 

The Store Supervisor in our new London store, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, driving KPI’s and ensuring the store team provides the Fold gold standard customer care, product knowledge and sales support for our customers. Reporting to the London Store Manager, this is a varied role so a “can-do” attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves is required!

 

We offer late night appointments, so the expectation to be flexible with evenings and Saturdays is crucial.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Perform managerial duties in the manager’s absence including opening/closing checklists, organising the daily run and day to day processes.
  • Work closely with the manager to find ways to encourage/incentivise the team in a creative and productive way.
  • Assist manager in organizing, planning and implementing store strategy.
  • Being commercially minded, driving the store success by identifying sales opportunities and store growth and reporting to the manager on store performance.
  • Execute daily customer service operations: sales processes, orders, client requests and payments.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and appropriately to create a self-managing team.
  • Work alongside the styling team to deliver sales targets and ensure KPIs are met. Deliver daily team briefings to motivate staff to achieve sales providing support and direction to the team where needed and using coaching/ training to help staff reach their potential.
  • Handle customer service issues and challenges in a professional and calm manner. Be the “go to” person for resolving customer issues.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory and stock levels through monthly stock takes, 10 cycle counts a week and report results.
  • Set, communicate and maintain the Fold gold standards across the store with the team, including ensuring all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines.
  • Implement CRM initiatives to develop a clientele network, including innovative ways to increase customer loyalty, retention, satisfaction and spend whilst building up a personal client base and oversee your own clientele book.
  • Complete product training with team members to maintain high levels of product knowledge.
  • Monitor competitor activity and local trading patterns and report to the manager.
  • Processing delivery and mid-week top up to ensure current collection is replenished and up to date.
  • Go above and beyond to ensure the customer needs are met and consistently deliver the best customer experience.
  • Be highly confident with one on one and personal styling appointments, with the ability to adapt your styling approach whilst being a Fold brand ambassador and role model for the rest of the team with selling technique / upselling.
