We are looking for:
Store Stylist
About the role:
The Stylist will demonstrate the Fold gold standard in customer service and selling techniques, leading by example with product knowledge and achieving sales KPIs. This role is full time 40 hours, working across Monday – Saturday. We offer late night appointments, so the expectation to be flexible with evenings and Saturdays is crucial.
Your responsibilities:
- Holding one on one customers appointments in store and personal styling sessions.
- Building outfit / styling the collection with clients (great brand a product knowledge)
- Overseeing alteration process from start to finish.
- Capturing clients preferences to tailored follow ups and information via CRM system.
- Build up a personal client base and oversee your own clientele book by managing client relationships and report improvements on a monthly basis. Be
- proactive in building recognition of The Fold
- Involvement in brand events.
- Stock management and understanding of our processes.
- Work alongside with the rest of the team to achieve and improve sales targets.
- Maintaining high standards on the shop floor and stockroom.
- Be highly confident with one on one and personal styling appointments, with the ability to adapt your styling approach. Being a Fold brand ambassador and role model for the rest of the team with selling technique / upselling.
- Complete the opening/closing checklist at the beginning and end of each day.
- Have up to date brand and product knowledge to style the collection with clients
- Support the VM specialist with VM moves to ensure they are aligned with new monthly drops.
- Processing delivery and mid-week top up to ensure current collection is replened and up to date.
Your skillset:

Have previous experience of sales in store, boutique, styling or a similar environment.

Be familiar with high-end sales processes, behaviours, customers and brands.

Be passionate about styling and building customer relationships.

Be a committed energetic, motivated contributor to The Fold, going above and beyond the role with a proactive attitude to work as part of The Fold team.

Have a basic understanding of KPIs within a retail environment.

Be a motivated and supportive leader to the team.

Contribute with a proactive attitude to daily tasks.

Understand the importance of styling as well as the behind the scenes/administrative aspects of the role.

Experience with alterations is beneficial but not required.

Be able to handle customer service issues and challenges in a professional, calm manner and think on their feet to resolve issues.

Be driven to deliver on targets and optimize sales opportunities.

Be extremely passionate about The Fold, and act as an ambassador for the brand at every opportunity.

Merchandising Administration Assistant
About the role:
You will be joining the team at an exciting time as we build new processes and new ways of working in order to achieve the company’s ambitious sales growth.
Reporting into the Junior Merchandiser, the role of MAA is integral to the Merchandising function in providing administration and analytical support to ensure the smooth running of the day to day, focused on product lifecycle management and stock control. You will also provide meaningful analysis to the business in order to make informed decisions.
You will be working closely with a variety of business functions in all matters related to product and stock, and will be driven to learn and become an invaluable team-member of a successful fashion brand.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the teams key working documents / system maintenance.
- Work closely with our retail partners to achieve optimum stock allocation and replenishment.
- Produces & interprets the weekly reports.
- Supports the team with seasonal ad-hoc analysisSupports the team with seasonal ad-hoc analysis.
- Manage new season sizing ratios.
- Intake and pre-order management
- Manages the delivery schedule and communicates changes to the wider product team.
- Allocates stock to our own store & other partners.
- Actions stock recalls.
- Manage new season product launches on the site and with our retail partners.
- Website management, including visually merchandising the category pages, price uploads and supports in the creation of Edits and “wear with”

Office Assistant
About the role:
The Office Assistant reports to the Head of Customer Service & Culture and provides administrative and operational support to the Fold’s team of 60 people in our Head Office in Bermondsey, London. The Office Assistant will be personable and approachable, have a keen interest in implementing and improving work processes, have a systematic approach and can demonstrate good attention to detail. This role presents the opportunity to grow and develop to Office Management.
Your responsibilities:
Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Support the People Manager with HR administration and ensure HR processes are followed.
- Ensure processes are followed and records are accurate and kept up to date.
- Maintain IT and computer equipment inventory.
- Maintain Pass card, Keys and Alarm inventory.
Operations:
- Maintain office facilities and day to day operations to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Front of house and first point of contact for employees, visitors, and deliveries.
- Point of contact for the team and business associates.
- Support onboarding administration.
- Manage phone & broadband service providers.
- IT Systems administration, adding and removal of users.
- Basic IT support and arranging IT services when required.
- Stock control – office supplies, purchasing and maintaining supplies.
- Involved in organising meet and learn events and coordinate the social committee.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
- Advocate of the Fold’s culture, values and ways of working.
- Support initiatives to recognise and reward team anniversaries and success.
- Plan and arrange team socials with the social committee.
- Help maintain health and safety procedures and risk assessments.
Essential skills:
This role will suit someone with a positive and can do attitude. Ideally you are interested in the fashion/ retail industry. You are systematic and well organised and have a keen eye for detail. As well as good communication skills, you are personable, approachable and helpful. Prior work experience in retail/ hospitality or office administration will be helpful but not required.
