We are looking for:
Senior Graphic Designer
About the role:
Reporting into the Senior Art Director, you will be leading the graphics team with inspiring creative ideas and a well-rounded skill set, pushing the boundaries of the team’s design output whilst keeping our brand aesthetic top of mind.
Your responsibilities:
- Working across a wide variety of design assets from printed lookbooks and bespoke landing pages to paid for digital media, delivering impactful and engaging marketing campaigns across multiple touch-points.
- Managing a team of talented and enthusiastic graphic designers, giving constructive feedback and objectives to grow and develop the team.
- Upholding a consistent and high standard of quality across the design team’s output, always striving to learn and develop more effective techniques and efficient processes.
- Confidently reviewing and signing-off your team’s work as well as outsourced projects, making well-thought out design decisions and bringing alternative solutions to the table where needed.
- Being a key motivator and source of inspiration for the creative and marketing team with outside-of-the-box thinking and new ideas that feel relevant for the brand, actively contributing to brainstorms and briefings.
- Working with a strategic and commercial mindset where relevant, keeping well informed in customer, creative and product trends to better inform your work and create effective results
- Understanding and working to company-wide briefing processes and asset management, ensuring a good standard of filing and organisation is kept.
- Working closely with the project manager to prioritise workload and organise multiple projects and deadlines between the graphics team.
- Help generate ideas in order to make improvements to current systems and take a proactive approach in implementing those ideas.
- Working closely with other teams across the business (marketing, ecomm, product design, operations) to ensure your designs encompass all relevant objectives within the brief.
- Being a brand guardian for The Fold, working closely with the Senior Art Director and Head of Brand to maintain an authentic brand aesthetic.
Your skillset:
- Previous multimedia design experience in a similar business such as ecom or creative agency.
- Advanced technical skills on the Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience in creating digital assets on relevant programmes such as Figma or Sketch.
- Motion Design and video editing/animation skills.
- Self-motivated worker with an ambition to make a difference and drive forward exciting creative ideas that feel right for the brand.
- Unprecious, can-do attitude, open to constructive feedback and offering alternative solutions when needed.
- Great time management and ability to prioritise and manage workload within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage, mentor and inspire team members in a positive and constructive manner.
- Good and open communication skills with both immediate team members and the wider team.
- Ability to work efficiently and proactively with a solution-driven approach.
- Confident and articulate presentation skills with the ability to put forward your ideas in their best light to others.
- Collaborative team-player, actively contributing to meetings and creative sessions with a positive and upbeat energy.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and processes quickly.

Store Assistant/Stylist
About the role:
This is an incredibly varied role, that will allow the candidate to work as part of a fast growing, tight-knit fashion brand.
We offer late night appointments, so the expectation to be flexible with evenings and Saturdays is crucial.
Your responsibilities:
Part-time position reporting to the Store Manager.
- Holding one on one customer appointments in store through personal styling sessions and customer drop-ins.
- Styling the collection with clients (great brand and product knowledge).
- Overseeing the alteration process on client garments.
- Capturing customer preferences, follow ups and information via CRM system.
- Build up personal client base and be proactive about ways to build recognition of The Fold.
- Involvement in brand events.
- Stock management and understanding of our processes.
- Work alongside the styling team to deliver sales targets.
- Maintaining high retail standards on the shop floor (keeping shop floor tidy throughout the day, steaming stock, VM refreshes).
About you:
• Have experience of sales in store, boutique, styling or a similar environment.
• Be familiar with high-end sales processes, behaviours, and brands.
• Be passionate about styling and building customer relationships.
• Be a committed energetic, motivated contributor to The Fold, going above and beyond the role with a proactive attitude to work as part of The Fold team.
• Have a basic understanding of KPIs within a retail environment.
• Be motivated within the showroom team and be prepared to oversee many different tasks within this role.
• Understand the importance of styling as well as the behind the scenes/administrative aspects of the role.
• Experience with alterations is beneficial but not required.
• Be able to handle customer service issues and challenges in a professional, calm manner and think on their feet to resolve issues.
• Be confident to reach out to new clients in person and on the phone.
• Be driven to exceed targets and be focused on optimising sales opportunities with an eye on growing the brand through each incremental relationship and sales.
• Be extremely passionate about The Fold, and act as an ambassador for the brand at every opportunity.

Shoot and Project Administration Assistant
About the role:
The Shoot and Project Administration Assistant is an entry-level role providing support to the Project Manager to ensure the smooth running of all photo shoot requirements and special projects. We’re looking for a candidate who is energetic and eager to learn, keen to be part of a vibrant team who are driven by creating incredible content.
Your responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager to ensure smooth product handover from the product team to the marketing and creative team, checking the accuracy of style details and quality of product to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Assist the Project Manager in coordinating resources for special projects.
- Support management of shoot samples and keep Excel tracking documents updated.
- Work alongside the Project Manager to organise pre-shoot styling meetings, including booking the stylist and fit model and ensuring that all internal stakeholders are aware of relevant meetings/dates.
- Assist in maintaining the shoot list to deliver the required information to the repro team and content team, including shot codes and styling notes.
- Responsible for ensuring samples are collated, packed and sent to shoots correctly. Also ensure they are returned to the shoot/buying team post-shoot.
- Support Project Manager with pre-shoot and on-set responsibilities, being the go-to person for all sample queries.
- Attend shoots and act as a point of contact throughout the day to meet the needs and requirements of internal teams and freelance/agency partners.
- Assist with any other administrative tasks to support the wider marketing team.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Shoot production experience is desired but not a necessity. Please note – this is not a design or stylist position.
