We are looking for:
Finance Manager
About the role:
Your responsibilities:
- Full ownership of month-end process ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Reviewing all P&L entries to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Ownership of all balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of MI pack, including full commentary & variance analysis
- Monthly review of spend trackers with budget holder
- Ownership of R&Os schedule; ongoing identification of business risks & opportunities
- Work alongside Head of Finance in the ongoing development of financial reporting and analysis
Accounts Payable
- Coaching and development of Accounts Payable Assistant
- Ownership and review of trade creditor balances with AP assistant
- Weekly review of aged creditors and payment run
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist Head of Finance with annual budget process & periodic re-forecasts
- Ongoing oversight of business risks & opportunities
Audit, Statutory Accounts & Compliance
- Act as the first point of contact for external auditors during our annual audit process
- Preparation of quarterly UK VAT returns
- Review of quarterly Italian VAT submissions and key point of contact for our external advisors
Other
- Ongoing review and improvement of finance systems and processes
- Support with Netsuite development, including new reports (both for Finance and the wider business)
- Partnering across the business (Customer Services, Ops etc.) to influence and improve upon existing processes
- Leading or supporting on various ad-hoc projects across the business
Your skillset:
-
Qualified accountant, either ACA or ACCA/CIMA with demonstrable relevant experience
-
Previous experience in a consumer SME (preferably ecommerce) – preferred but not essential

Significant financial systems experience, Netsuite preferable

Advanced Excel skills
-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate within a team environment

Ability to challenge teams on existing processes and provide innovative solutions to enhance efficiency

The ability to thrive in a busy retail environment and be flexible – we are a small and focused team, always ready to roll up our sleeves and help each other

Store Stylist
About the role:
Your responsibilities:
- Hold one on one customer appointments in the store and personal styling sessions
- Build outfits / style the collection with the clients
- Oversee the alteration process from start to finish
- Capture customer’s preferences and following up with personalised messages and information via our CRM system.
- Build a personal customer base and oversee your own clientele book
- Relationships and report improvements on a monthly basis.
- Involvement in brand events.
- Stock management and understanding of our processes.
- Work alongside with the rest of the team to achieve and improve sales targets.
- Maintain high standards on the shopfloor and stockroom.
- Complete the opening/closing checklist at the beginning and end of each day.
- Have up to date brand and product knowledge to style the collection with customers
- Support with Visual Merchandising and moves to ensure they align with monthly drops.
- Process delivery and mid-week top up to ensure current collection is replenished and up to date.
Your skillset:

Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment.

Familiar with high-end sales processes, behaviours, customers and brands.
-
Passionate about styling and building customer relationships.

Committed, energetic and motivated contributor to The Fold, going above and beyond the role with a proactive attitude to work as part of The Fold team.

Basic understanding of KPIs within a retail environment.

Experience with alterations is beneficial but not required.

Able to handle customer service issues and challenges in a profession and calm manner

Driven to deliver on targets and optimise sales opportunities.

Digital Assistant
About the role:
Provide consistent, reliable support to the team delivering against trading targets to ensure the smooth running of all things digital through the efficient delivery of the day-to-day tasks and project work.
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver all launches and activities alongside the Ecommerce Executive according to the marketing calendar and critical path, feeding back on risks, opportunities, and improvements to process to make the delivery as efficient as possible
- Product processing end-to-end for all launches ensuring each product is optimised for the best commercial outcome, including best photography, clear product description, accurate size and fit information, uspell and outfit making carousels, deep links, badging etc. and feeding back on any proposed amends / improvements
- Set up of all categories and edits as advised by the marketing calendar, ensuring they have all the key facets for ideal trading, including SEO copy, best front image, optimal amount of product, filtering etc., as well as ensuring the VM is optimised from a commercial stance whilst maintaining brand guidelines and product marketing direction
- Build any landing pages in line with the marketing calendar, working closely with the creative team to understand the requirements and feeding back on any potential issues, working to find solutions together
- Daily update of VM on key categories based on trade feedback and the product decision maker report, layering on common sense and brand guidelines
- Keep the marketing calendar up to date with activation details at all times for a look back reference point
- Ensure the website is optimised according the marketing activities due to go out
- Schedule all email campaigns according to the detail in the marketing calendar, running a test and collating feedback for any changes
- Schedule all SMS campaigns according to the marketing calendar
- Regular liaison with the external digital marketing agencies, ensuring tasks are actioned in the agreed time frame
- Respond to all social media interactions (positive and negative) within 24 hours (within the working week) in the established brand tone of voice
- Seek out and interact with identified ambassadors under the direction of the Junior Social Media Manager
- Support on the up-keep of social channels, as required, by the Junior Social Media Manager
- Run the daily, weekly and monthly checks as laid out in the site health check documents, sharing opportunities and risks and escalating any critical issues accordingly
- Run trading report suite on Monday mornings and for Lessons Learnt or ad-hoc meetings as required
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all assets are briefed and completed ahead of launch dates across all channels and shared with the relevant agencies
- Assist with keyword research and competitor analysis to optimise website and marketing content for the best outcome
- Support Ecommerce team on the testing of all deployments via a testing plan by device
- Day-to-day contact for all digital admin, escalating as necessary to the relevant team members
- Support on any necessary admin tasks to keep the site running smoothly
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars or organising files
