We are looking for:
Accounts Assistant
About the role:
Your responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of all GBP, EUR & USD bank accounts on a daily/weekly basis
- Reconciliation of other cash accounts including Braintree, PayPal, Shopify & Global-e on a weekly basis ensuring any queries are communicated to Customer Services and resolved in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of store cash balances
- Communicate weekly cash balances to CEO, CFO & HoF
Accounts Payable
- Ownership of invoice postings and supplier relationships for certain areas of spend, ensuring consistent communication with Finance
- Manager on the status of these accounts
- Weekly posting of supplier payments
- Completing certain Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Ad hoc support where required, during periods of annual leave etc.
Management Accounts & Trackers
- Preparation of all monthly bank & cash reconciliations
- Ownership of certain balance sheet reconciliations
General
- Assist Finance Manager in compiling documentation for year end audit
- Other ad hoc tasks and support to the Finance team in line with team requirements
Your skillset:

Previous experience working in the Finance team of an SME retail/ecommerce business

Solid financial systems experience; Netsuite preferable

Strong Excel skills (pivots, vlookups etc.)

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

A motivated and ambitious team player, keen to be an integral part of the Finance team

Midweight Graphic Designer
About the role:
Your responsibilities:
- Developing design assets into rich, creative online and offline experiences across multiple touch-points.
- Continuously driving the brand’s creative output with innovative and effective design, inspiring the team with outside-of-the-box thinking and new ideas.
- Designing across day-to-day BAU briefs as well as special projects.
- Upholding a consistent and high standard of quality across all your work, always striving to learn and develop more effective techniques and efficient processes.
Conceptualisation
- Help generate ideas in order to make improvements to current systems and take a proactive approach in implementing those ideas.
- Working with a strategic mindset, keeping well informed in customer, creative and product trends to better inform your work and create effective results.
- Taking ownership of your own projects whilst supporting the other designers when needed, helping each other to develop skill sets within the team.
Branding
- Helping to evolve all aspects of the brand in line with the brand ethos.
Collaboration
- Understanding and working to company wide briefing processes and asset management, ensuring a good standard of filing and organisation is kept.
- Working with other teams across the business (marketing, ecomm, design, operations) to ensure your designs encompass all relevant business objectives when required.
Your skillset:

Degree in BA Graphic Design

Previous multimedia design experience in a similar business such as ecom or creative agency, preferably in fashion or luxury sector

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, from digital assets (social, email, ecomm, video editing, animation) to printed matter and store POS

Passionate about graphic design, typography, colour and layout, staying up-to-date with best practices in the design field and finger on the pulse of aspirational brands

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator

Experience with Figma

A strong eye for detail and pixel perfect designs

Freelance Designer
About the role:
If you share our passion for refined elegance, contemporary style and luxurious fabrics, we’d love to hear from you!
Your responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and design contemporary pieces, from technical drawings and launching sketches with various teams to preparing collection for sign off meetings
- Trend research, including seasonal design research and creating mood boards and colour palettes whilst staying true to Fold’s DNA
- Selecting fabrics, prints, colours and trims for the season, with international trips to fabric fairs, supplier and exhibitions
- Collaborating with Production, Marketing, Merchandising and our Retail teams, to have a strong understanding of our products and customers
- Working closely with pattern cutters on creating new drapes and silhouettes along with weekly fits with the technical team
Your skillset:

Strong Design portfolio and Photoshop skills are essential.

Impeccable eye for print and colour.

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

Logistics & Operations Manager
About the role:
Responsible for managing all stock operations and logistics across the business, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SLA’s while controlling costs. A systems and Excel expert, you’ll drive process efficiency and maintain strong communication across Merchandising, Retail, Finance and PI&D.
Your responsibilities:
- Is the main point of contact for all operational activity within the 3PL
- Ensures 3PL are hitting their SLA’s and escalates any issues to Head Of Merch & Logistics & Commercial Director
- Manages EOM/EOY priorities
- Is accountable for bi - weekly meetings between 3PL & Fold HO and ensures there is a clear agenda and actions
- Conducts regular site visits to maintain relationships (X4 per year)
- Reviewing processing and storage guidelines and adjusting as necessary (e.g. steaming, hanging, flat v hanging storage)
- Manages fulfilment & warehousing budget and works with 3PL & Finance to control costs
- Owns the 3PL forecasting tool
- Contributes to business sustainability practices in relation to the 3PL (stock/packaging etc)
Logistics/Intake Management
- Owns the relationship with Freight Forwarders
- Works alongside production but ultimately accountable for organising all deliveries of production into 3PL taking into consideration any prioritization
- Uses the FF portals to inform the delivery schedule and highlights issues relating to customs clearance etc
- Issues shipments timetables & transit times
- Manages customs & Duty payments with accounts
Reconciles and reports back on freight / duties - Works alongside buying/production on ensuring accurate date for imports (HS codes, MID codes etc)
- Approves relevant invoices in Netsuite relating to logistics & operations
- Providing intake update in weekly business trade meetings
Stock Management
- Is accountable for all stock movements within the business including stocks takes at 3PL & Store & inter store transfers
- Works with finance on process mapping any stock related processes across the business (eg, inventory adjustments, cycle counts, stock and fulfilment workflow)
- Works with finance to ensure accurate reporting of stock on a units and cost basis, and supports finance in determining stock valuation
- Works with finance on forecasting of stock provisions
- Monitors quarantine process, reporting on levels of faulty stock vs saleable stock.
- Works with HOM on Exit strategy, engages with 3rd parties such as TK Maxx, sample sales etc.
Reporting & Analysis/Systems
- Is a Netsuite system super user
- Understands and documents all system processes relating to stock and operations (impact on other areas), including integrations
- Understands and works with Finance on the logistics trackers
- Inputs / reports operational activity in WBR and S&OP
- Owns the Warehouse forecasting tool- ensures the 3PL has long term & short term forecasts and that they reflect any WSSI re-forecasts
Operations Projects
- Works alongside CD, HOM on any projects relating to Operations & Logistics (3PL moves, changes in freight forwarders etc)
- Supports with any new channels that affect warehouse operations
- Keeps up to date on any new legislation relating to customs, freight, duties
- Constantly challenges rates / monitors (and reports back on) any changes in rates, surcharges & duties

Merchandising Admin Assistant
About the role:
Working with the Merchandising team to provide crucial administrative support. Managing stock intake whilst ensuring stock is in the right place to optimise demand. Using initiative to create and run analysis to make product buying and trading decisions. Working collaboratively with multiple teams across Buying, Operations, E-commerce and retail teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Owns Intake process and responsible for ensuring stock arrives within agreed window.
- Manages the delivery schedule and communicates changes to the wider product team.
- Works alongside Operations & Logistics team to monitor Intake into the warehouse.
- Allocates stock to our stores, and actions stock recalls working with retail team.
- Manages product pre-order on the site, working alongside customer care.
Reporting & Trading
- Produces & interprets the weekly trade reports, sharing findings with wider commercial team.
- Produces reporting for seasonal lessons learned, collaborating with buying team.
- Responsible for ensuring stock is in the right place to optimise demand, using trade reports to make decisions.
- Supports the wider team with seasonal ad-hoc analysis, using initiative to create relevant reports.
- Maintenance of Merchandising teams working documents and processes, including system maintenance.
- Works alongside retail team to ensure Shopify reporting is accurate.
- Collaborates with E-commerce team to trade product on site, providing analysis and data to inform decisions.
- Supports Junior Merchandiser to run markdowns and promotions.
Product Range
- Manage new season product launches on the site and with our retail teams in store.
- Manage new season sizing ratios, working with production.
- Responsible for maintaining delivery information in the Range plan.
- Key point of contact for retail team, communicating any changes to product and pricing.
- Maintains accuracy of product information across in house and 3PL systems, carrying out regular checks.
