Midweight Graphic Designer
About the role:
Your responsibilities:
- Developing design assets into rich, creative online and offline experiences across multiple touch-points.
- Continuously driving the brand’s creative output with innovative and effective design, inspiring the team with outside-of-the-box thinking and new ideas.
- Designing across day-to-day BAU briefs as well as special projects.
- Upholding a consistent and high standard of quality across all your work, always striving to learn and develop more effective techniques and efficient processes.
Conceptualisation
- Help generate ideas in order to make improvements to current systems and take a proactive approach in implementing those ideas.
- Working with a strategic mindset, keeping well informed in customer, creative and product trends to better inform your work and create effective results.
- Taking ownership of your own projects whilst supporting the other designers when needed, helping each other to develop skill sets within the team.
Branding
- Helping to evolve all aspects of the brand in line with the brand ethos.
Collaboration
- Understanding and working to company wide briefing processes and asset management, ensuring a good standard of filing and organisation is kept.
- Working with other teams across the business (marketing, ecomm, design, operations) to ensure your designs encompass all relevant business objectives when required.
Your skillset:

Degree in BA Graphic Design

Previous multimedia design experience in a similar business such as ecom or creative agency, preferably in fashion or luxury sector

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects, from digital assets (social, email, ecomm, video editing, animation) to printed matter and store POS

Passionate about graphic design, typography, colour and layout, staying up-to-date with best practices in the design field and finger on the pulse of aspirational brands
-
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator

Experience with Figma

A strong eye for detail and pixel perfect designs

Merchandising Admin Assistant
About the role:
Working with the Merchandising team to provide crucial administrative support. Managing stock intake whilst ensuring stock is in the right place to optimise demand. Using initiative to create and run analysis to make product buying and trading decisions. Working collaboratively with multiple teams across Buying, Operations, E-commerce and retail teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Owns Intake process and responsible for ensuring stock arrives within agreed window.
- Manages the delivery schedule and communicates changes to the wider product team.
- Works alongside Operations & Logistics team to monitor Intake into the warehouse.
- Allocates stock to our stores, and actions stock recalls working with retail team.
- Manages product pre-order on the site, working alongside customer care.
Reporting & Trading
- Produces & interprets the weekly trade reports, sharing findings with wider commercial team.
- Produces reporting for seasonal lessons learned, collaborating with buying team.
- Responsible for ensuring stock is in the right place to optimise demand, using trade reports to make decisions.
- Supports the wider team with seasonal ad-hoc analysis, using initiative to create relevant reports.
- Maintenance of Merchandising teams working documents and processes, including system maintenance.
- Works alongside retail team to ensure Shopify reporting is accurate.
- Collaborates with E-commerce team to trade product on site, providing analysis and data to inform decisions.
- Supports Junior Merchandiser to run markdowns and promotions.
Product Range
- Manage new season product launches on the site and with our retail teams in store.
- Manage new season sizing ratios, working with production.
- Responsible for maintaining delivery information in the Range plan.
- Key point of contact for retail team, communicating any changes to product and pricing.
- Maintains accuracy of product information across in house and 3PL systems, carrying out regular checks.

Assistant Buyer
About the role:
We’re looking for a talented Assistant Buyer to join our team! If you’re currently an Assistant Buyer or a Senior Buying Admin Assistant ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process following the order placement to ex factory date before handing over to Merchandising and Logistics.
- Communicates with suppliers to ensure all samples and garment production is on track. Ensure deadlines are met to achieve agreed launch dates.
- Drives the Critical Path meetings for fully factored suppliers, ensuring that the meeting is effective and decisions are made in a timely fashion.
- Collates all delivery updates and presents to Director confidently with all information and with time to make decisions.
- Ensures that the product process is managed effectively and is able to recognise the impact of product change, or delays in the critical path that may affect delivery.
- Able to drive decisions being made and influence all team members to ensure that deliveries are met and commercial decisions are made.
- In collaboration with Merchandising and the Buyer ensure the range plan is kept up to date with all relevant information punctually and in an accurate manner.
- Upload and maintain all information on the product software system, Netsuite.
- Responsible for sending suppliers POs and following up with any amendments required
- Record and manage changes made in meetings or through updates, ensuring relevant action is taken and the wider team is kept informed.
- Assist the buyer in annotating images and copy for The Book and Online.
- Coordinate sample management to ensure all samples are available for internal meetings with all information recorded accurately in the relevant tools and relayed accurately to relevant teams.
- Coordinate sample management for all internal and external shoots ensuring accurate information is passed on to the marketing team.
- Escalates any issues with samples in advance of key meetings and shoots and offers solutions to resolve.
- Manage communications with Marketing in relation to shoots.
- Review weekly sales performance and pull together key messages.
- Assist in reviewing stock, sales and orders with an ability to identify risks and opprtunities within the range. Taking necessary urgency to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Participate in Lessons Learnt prep through using sales data to rank product and pull together key messages, leading to shopping lists and strategic decisions.
- Work with Design Assistant to ensure that line ups are kept fully up to date.
- Completes focused competitor research and makes recommendations on price and range architecture.
- Manages price negotiations with suppliers to ensure seasonal target margins are met.
- Cross develop / sample and cost with existing and new suppliers to ensure best cost and quality.
- Attend fit sessions, start to input based on trade reactions and range architecture to Senior Buyer.
- Understanding of customer needs and demands (price, quality, availability).
- Demonstrates technical knowledge on garment construction, fabrics and quality.

Head of Finance
About the role:
Leads the financial strategy and operations of the business, ensuring continuous improvement of financial systems and processes and supports commercial decision-making to drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency. Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, audit, and statutory compliance, while acting as a trusted business partner across all departments.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
- Managing, improving and implementing necessary financial controls to ensure integrity of results and reporting. Work with the team to improve financial processes not just within finance but across the Company and implement necessary procedures and policies.
- Sign off weekly payment runs.
- Be responsible for development, improvement and communication of weekly and monthly financial KPIs e.g. management accounts comms to the board, presenting results in All Hands, working with other stakeholders to product commentary.
- Development of monthly analysis and reports to aid decision making, e.g. market P&Ls, unit economics.
- Lead the annual Audit; liaising with Auditors and managing priorities for internal team. Produce annual statutory accounts and corporation tax return within deadline.
- Own the Budget and Forecast processes for the business including timelines, communications with budget holders, consolidation of forecasts, commentary and presentation.
- Business partnering with all teams to ensure integrity of information supplied for budgets/forecasts.
- Being proactive and reactive should new information become available raising risks and opportunities when necessary and developing an ongoing R&O schedule.
- Cashflow forecasting – own the rolling weekly cashflow including updates as well as communicating opportunities and risks, and taking the lead on mitigating risks.
- FX exposure management – run a currency forecast and place necessary hedges in line with the policy set by the board.
- Manage daily relationships with banks and/or funding third parties.
- Responsible for systems in relation to our ERP, banking and payment providers (including being a system administrator).
- Manage the relationship with ACS along with the P&I manager helping prioritise.
- Own relationships with external system related suppliers.
- Working in all areas to continually improve existing systems or evaluate future developments (eg Global-e, website re-platform, Netsuite data warehouse, BI reporting tools).
- Be the point of contact in Finance for the business by building strong relationship with key stakeholders and becoming a trustworthy business partner and establish yourself as a strategic member of the SLT.
- Insurance renewals.
- Manage and develop direct reports.
- Monthly Payroll is completed, working with HR and external Payroll support.
- Ensure all Tax obligations worldwide are adhered to (eg timely and accurate filing of HMRC returns for VAT, duties and PAYE).
- Changes in commercial and statutory obligations (eg post-Brexit and pandemic).
- Suggest best working practices from previous experience.
- Other ad hoc duties/responsibilities.
