Returns

Your item(s) will need to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We offer free returns for most countries. If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order since we are unable to offer exchanges. All returned items should be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns sent via any other method and your package may be returned to you.

General return instructions:

      1. Pack the item/s in the original packaging, or similar to ensure they reach us safely.
      2. Complete the form in your package to indicate the items you are returning and enclose with the parcel.
      3. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage.
      4. Once your return arrives back to our warehouse, you will be notified when your refund has been processed.

UK Returns

    1. Follow the link to the Royal Mail portal here to generate your free returns label.
    2. Complete all the relevant information including order number and contact details.
    3. A label will be generated which you can print at home, or use the QR code to print at the Post Office. You can also return via any Royal Mail locker which can be found here .
    4. Returns can take 5-10 days to arrive back to our warehouse.

You’re also welcome to return your order in person to one of our London Stores.

*Please note, if you are returning a Harper Try for 5 order, you must also register your returned item/s via their portal. Failing to do this will result in a charge to your card of the items you are presumed to be keeping after the 5 day trial period. Refer to your Harper Try for 5 confirmation emails for this link. This is an additional step required before creating your Royal Mail return label. See below for more details.

Harper Try For 5 Orders (UK Only)

You have 5 days from the delivery date of your order to try on and send back any unwanted pieces. You will only be charged for any pieces kept. To send back any unwanted pieces:

    1. Before you create a return label, you must first register the items you are returning with Harper. Failing to do this will result in a charge to your card of the items you are presumed to be keeping after the 5 day trial period. Please refer to the Harper email that was sent to you including the returns registration link.
    2. After you have registered your return with Harper, follow the link to the Royal Mail portal here to generate your free returns label.
    3. Complete all the relevant information including order number and contact details.
    4. A label will be generated which you can print at home, or use the QR code to print at the Post Office. You can also return via any Royal Mail locker which can be found here .
    5. Returns can take 5-10 days to arrive back to our warehouse. If you’re unable to find your unique returns link on your email, you can contact Harper on 0333 939 8123 or service@harperconcierge.com for support.

US Returns

We offer free returns for most countries. Return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our Customer Care team with any questions.

    1. Go to the Global-e Returns portal to generate your label. You will need your order number and email address.
    2. Once in the returns portal, please select ‘Express prepaid return’ and the item/s you wish to return to generate your return label and form.
    3. Include the Global-e returns form inside the parcel and pack item/s in the original box, or similar, to ensure they reach us safely.
    4. Return your parcel via your local DHL branch. Your return label is prepaid and no further charges will be owed. You can also book a collection via DHL by contacting 1-800-225-5345 or following the on-site instructions via this link.
    5. Please ensure that you select your country at the top right-hand side of the DHL webpage. Your Waybill number can be found on your free DHL returns label.
    6. Returns can take 5-10 days to arrive back to our warehouse.

*Please note that sale items purchased from our ‘Outlet' that are shipped to the US, Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

International Returns
