UK Delivery
UK Standard Delivery
- Delivery cost – £6
- Items are usually dispatched within 48 business hours (excluding weekends), and will arrive within 3-5 business days.*
- Your order will be delivered via a tracked Royal Mail service.
UK Next Day Delivery
- Delivery cost – £10
- Order by midday to receive next working day delivery (orders placed on Friday before midday will be delivered on Monday, orders delivered after midday on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday).
- Your order will be delivered via DPD.
- UK Next Day delivery may not be available during sale periods.
UK Saturday Delivery
- Delivery cost – £12
- Orders must be placed on or before Friday midday to receive on Saturday (please note, any orders placed after midday on Friday may be delivered the following Saturday).
- Your order will be delivered via DPD.
- UK Saturday delivery may not be available during sale periods.

US Delivery
- Delivery cost $28
- Items are usually dispatched within 48 business hours (excluding weekends), and will arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Your order will be delivered via a tracked DHL service.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and another email to let you know your order has been dispatched.
- You can track your order online and for peace of mind, a signature will be required upon delivery.
- Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the customs department upon arrival. When ordering from The Fold, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- UK VAT is not applicable on sales originating from & for delivery to the US. If you wish to have your items delivered to a UK address, we will be required to charge UK VAT on your order.

International Delivery
In order to offer our customers an improved shopping experience, we have partnered with Global-E, a cross-border solution.
The Fold delivers to 212 countries around the world. The relevant International Delivery charge will automatically be added to your shopping bag when you input your Shipping Address details and select the correct country.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from The Fold, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Some countries will show duties and taxes included in the price of the product, while others will have the option of paying duties and or taxes at checkout or upon receipt of the order.

Delivery FAQs
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
- UK Standard delivery – 3-5 business days.
- UK Next day delivery – Order by midday to receive next business day delivery (orders placed on Friday before midday will be delivered on Monday, orders delivered after midday on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday).
- US Delivery – 3-5 business days.
- EU Delivery – 5-7 business days.
- International Delivery – 7-10 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Delivery can take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries and factory delays. We will endeavour to keep you as updated as possible with any unforeseen delays.

Unfortunately, we are unable to place any International orders over the phone. However our team can help you in placing an order.
Can you help me find my size?
Our sizing is pretty consistent with many other UK brands. We have created a sizing guide for you to check your own measurements against. Contact our Customer Care Team for more specific advice on fit.
Does The Fold have a store where I can try the collection?
Our London stores are available to drop by, or for one-to-one personal styling appointments. Book a personal shopping appointment with one of our styling team to walk you through our latest collection. Our stylists can help guide you on styling and sizing advice as well as offering a range of alterations to help you find the best fit.
What alterations do you offer?
We work closely with a dedicated London studio, which enables us to offer a variety of alterations across the collection including hem lengths, taking in/out, and releasing on seams. If you are interseted in booking an appointment at one of our stores, please visit our Alterations page. This service is only currently available for UK-based clients.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our collection is manufactured between the UK, Europe and China. Our fabrics are sourced from the finest European mills, as well as specialty fabrics such as Silk from China. Our design team are based in our London offices, and we work with highly experienced luxury sample studios and seamstresses across London.
Why design and make shoes in Italy?
Italy is the heart of the shoe industry. When you work with an Italian factory you are benefiting from decades worth of artisanal knowledge. Factories are passed down through generations where every member of the family has grown up in and around the factory, living and breathing shoes. These are the true artisans, the experts. The factory we have sourced is third generation and is run by Mario and his family. Each shoe lovingly worked on at every stage, there is no room for error and each piece is given absolute care and consideration. Each shoe has been worked on by a highly skilled craftsman at every stage of their development – from sketch to final product. We have chosen exquisite fabrics and finishes, sourcing sumptuous velvets, soft suedes, immaculate calf hair and snake embossed leather from the best in the business.
Returns
Your item(s) will need to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. We offer free returns for most countries. If you would like a different size or colour, we recommend placing a new order since we are unable to offer exchanges. All returned items should be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.
Please note that we cannot accept returns sent via any other method and your package may be returned to you.
General return instructions:

- Pack the item/s in the original packaging, or similar to ensure they reach us safely.
- Complete the form in your package to indicate the items you are returning and enclose with the parcel.
- Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage.
- Once your return arrives back to our warehouse, you will be notified when your refund has been processed.
UK Returns

- Follow the link to the Royal Mail portal here to generate your free returns label.
- Complete all the relevant information including order number and contact details.
- A label will be generated which you can print at home, or use the QR code to print at the Post Office. You can also return via any Royal Mail locker which can be found here .
- Returns can take 5-10 days to arrive back to our warehouse.
You’re also welcome to return your order in person to one of our London Stores.
Harper Try For 5 Orders (UK Only)
You have 5 days from the delivery date of your order to try on and send back any unwanted pieces. You will only be charged for any pieces kept. To send back any unwanted pieces:

- Submit your return intent. Tell us which pieces you intend to send back via your unique returns link. This link was sent to you via email.
- Follow the link to the Royal Mail portal here to generate your free returns label.
- Complete all the relevant information including order number and contact details.
- A label will be generated which you can print at home, or use the QR code to print at the Post Office. You can also return via any Royal Mail locker which can be found here .
- Returns can take 5-10 days to arrive back to our warehouse. If you’re unable to find your unique returns link on your email, you can contact Harper on 0333 939 8123 or service@harperconcierge.com for support.
US Returns
We offer free returns for most countries. Return your order to us within 14 days of delivery. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact our Customer Care team with any questions.

- Go to the Global-e Returns portal to generate your label. You will need your order number and email address.
- Once in the returns portal, please select ‘Express prepaid return’ and the item/s you wish to return to generate your return label and form.
- Include the Global-e returns form inside the parcel and pack item/s in the original box, or similar, to ensure they reach us safely.
- Return your parcel via your local DHL branch. Your return label is prepaid and no further charges will be owed. You can also book a collection via DHL by contacting 1-800-225-5345 or following the on-site instructions via this link.
- Please ensure that you select your country at the top right-hand side of the DHL webpage. Your Waybill number can be found on your free DHL returns label.
- Returns can take 5-10 days to arrive back to our warehouse.

*Please note that sale items purchased from our ‘Outlet' that are shipped to the US, Canada, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
International Returns

Tracking your Order
When dispatching your order, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please note that the status can take a bit of time to update. Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll email you to confirm dispatch and delivery details.
Cancelling an Order
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the standard Returns procedures.
If the order has not yet been processed and is subject to cancellation, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order.
Pre-Order
Some of our products may only be available to pre-order. The estimated availability date will vary from product to product and will always be noted on the product page. Once the item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Taxes & Duties
All prices for orders delivered within the UK, are inclusive of standard rate VAT.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
