What benefits do I get as a shareholder?
Based on the level of investment, crowdfund investors will receive various exclusive rewards from The Fold including: Smart Works charity donation, discounts on future orders, special investor event, gifts including a bespoke jacket, Fold afternoon tea with a VIP shopping event.
How do I use my discount reward?
As a crowdfund investor in The Fold, you will be eligible for certain rewards based on your level of investment. If you invested more than £250, you will have received a unique investor code via email from us (email subject: 'The Fold Investor Rewards - Your Code...'). Simply apply the code at the online shopping bag or mention to a member of our team in our London store. Your code is valid on full price items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer code or promotion. Please check your reward confirmation email for information on how long your code is valid for.
How does the Smart Works donation work?
Every time you shop with an eligible investor rewards code, we will donate 5% of the total net sales to our charity partner Smart Works. This code is valid for 6 months from the issue date.
How do I use my free shipping reward?
If you have qualified for free shipping based on your Crowdfund investment, simply apply your investor code at the online shopping bag. Your code is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
How can I access my digital share certificate?
You should have received an email from Crowdcube containing your digital share certificate, with the subject 'Ownership statement for your investment in The Fold'. You can also download your share certificate directly from your account on the Crowdcube website (within the ‘My Portfolio’ tab).
