We are looking for:

Part Time Store Stylist

About the role:

 

As a Store Stylist you will provide an exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong selling techniques, lead by example with product knowledge and achieving sales KPIs.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 
  • Hold one on one customer appointments in store and personal styling sessions
  • Build outfits / style the collection with clients
  • Oversee alteration process from start to finish
  • Capture client’s preferences to tailored follow ups and information via CRM system
  • Build a personal client base and oversee your own clientele book by managing customer relationships and report improvements on a monthly basis
  • Be proactive in building recognition of The Fold
  • Involvement in brand events
  • Stock management and understanding of our processes
  • Work alongside with the rest of the team to achieve and improve sales targets
  • Maintain high standards on the shopfloor and stockroom
  • Be highly confident with one on one and personal styling appointment
  • Be The Fold brand ambassador and role model for the rest of the team with selling technique / upselling
  • Complete the opening/closing checklist at the beginning and end of each day
  • Have up to date brand and product knowledge to style the collection with customers
  • Support the VM specialist with VM moves to ensure they are aligned with new monthly drops
  • Process delivery and mid week top up to ensure current collection is replenished and up to date

 

 

Your skillset:

 

  • Have previous experience of sales in store, boutique, styling or a similar environment

  • Be familiar with high-end sales processes, behaviors, customers and brands

  • Be passionate about styling and building customer relationships

  • Be a committed energetic, motivated contributor to The Fold, going above and beyond the role with a proactive attitude to work as part of The Fold team

  • Have a basic understanding of KPIs within a retail environment

  • Contribute with a proactive attitude to daily tasks

  • Understand the importance of styling as well as the behind the scenes/administrative aspects of the role

  • Experience with alterations is beneficial but not required

  • Be able to handle customer service issues and challenges in a professional, calm manner and think on their feet to resolve issues

  • Be driven to deliver on targets and optimize sales opportunities

  • Be extremely passionate about The Fold, and act as an ambassador for the brand at every opportunity

  • Positive and can do attitude

Junior Garment Technologist

About the role:

The Fold customer looks for exceptional fit and quality from our products and it’s the Technical Teams’ responsibility to deliver this. Working closely with the Design team, we help to execute their vision and ensure the fit and quality is consistent across all categories and represents The Fold’s premium brand DNA.

 

As a Junior Garment Technologist, you will report to the Head of Technical and work closely with Design, Buying, Production and Merchandising teams to ensure a consistent high-quality product. Being a team player is a must!

 

You are at the beginning of your career and come from a multi-product background, with 4-5 years of Head Office experience. You excel working in fastpacked environment and have a great eye for detail and a hunger to learn.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 
  • Supporting the Technical team and Design Team to ensure that The Fold aesthetic is achieved
  • Under the guidance of the Senior you will work to ensure that the fit is consistent across the collection and quality of garments are to the standards of The Fold
  • Assist on the block development process
  • Where The Fold patterns are used, working closely with the pattern cutters and graders at all stages of development to ensure suppliers have followed through on methods of construction requested via the pattern
  • Assist in the fit meetings with Design by taking notes but also learn the right way to fit and take ownership and fit part of the collection.
  • Ensure that tech packs are updated with fit comments and measurement spec and suppliers informed according to critical path.
  • Responsible for updating the sample stage tracker on all stages during the sealing process
  • RISK assessment of product in close collaboration with the buying and production teams
  • Manage the QC sample process
  • Update, garment and care data to NetSuite for Ecommerce use
  • Assist in the day to day tasks in the technical team

 

 

Your skillset:

 

  • Multi product technical background

  • 4-5 years of Head office experience with premium brand

  • Experience in fitting garments and understanding patterns

  • An understanding of garment grading

  • A natural when it comes to garment construction and production requirements

  • Understanding a premium product

  • A clear understanding of the design aesthetic of The Fold

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Team player who collaborates with ease

  • Strong organiser who prioritizes with ease and understand the importance of excellent time management

  • Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude to work

  • The ability to analyse problems and offer solutions

  • Advanced/Intermediate MS Office skills

Accounts Payable Assistant

About the role:

 

Full-time position reporting into the Finance Manager taking ownership of the Accounts Payable function.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

Ownership of the Accounts Payable function to include the following:
 
  • Posting of invoices to Netsuite ensuring that they are matched to the PO (rate & quantity), they are coded correctly (GL account, department & market) and the appropriate authorisations are obtained
  • Completing and advising on the weekly payment run
  • Setting up multi-currency payments and sending remittances to suppliers
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers including query resolution and communication of payments
  • Maintaining strong relationships with budget holders within the business to ensure accuracy of AP postings
  • Updating and maintaining the cashflow/payment run file on a daily basis
  • Ownership of AP stock processes including GRNI reconciliation; working closely with the Production & Merchandising teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of stock movements and postings
  • Managing the Accounts email inbox
  • Identifying process & systems improvements to drive efficiency; working with the Finance Manager to implement

Monthly tasks:

 

  • Reconciliation of Aged Creditors report to the trial balance
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Reconciliation of GRNI and other stock balance sheet accounts

 

 

Your skillset:

 

  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable within an SME retail/ecommerce business

  • Experience with stock is preferable

  • Solid financial systems experience; Netsuite preferable

  • Strong Excel skills (pivots, vlookups etc.)

  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Taking on the role you will be:

 

  • A motivated and ambitious team player, keen to be an integral part of the Finance team
